Forge are excited to present their Hi flow intake system for the Suzuki Swift Sport Turbo. Many months and man hours of development have gone into this product to achieve three main objectives:

Increase power and torque output

Improve the sound characteristics of the engine

Improve the visual impact of the engine bay
During the testing, found that the location of the original air box was susceptible to a vast amount of heat soak. This is because the airbox air feed is placed directly above a very hot source of heat - the radiator. This led to design and relocate where the air filter/airbox is housed in the engine bay. The Forge cold air intake system now cleverly draws air from within the Suzuki Swifts front bumper keeping the intake temperatures extra cool in any climate. The pipe work of the kit runs around the cold side of the engine and away from the engines turbo manifold; this again is to keep intake temperatures down as low as possible. In total, was observed intake temperatures fall from 39°C down to 26°C.
The Forge High Flow airbox produced an impressive increase of over 8BHP at 5500RPM and a gain of touqe throughout the entire rev range on independent dyno testing.
