CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY
• In case of a mistake when ordering where the product will not be suitable for the intended application, the seller undertakes to replace it with the appropriate product. In this case, the Customer shall bear any price difference in the replacement product and the cost of shipping charge that will result from this transaction.
• Additionally if the ordered item is not of the absolute liking of the customer, could be returned to the seller within 14 days from the date of shipment, under the following conditions:
1. The product must not be installed or used in any manner.
2. The original packaging must not be worn or damaged.
3. Returned items must be packed in a larger box to protect original packaging.
4. All shipping charges are paid by the customer.
5. Upon reception of the returned products the seller has the absolute right to judge whether they have fulfilled all the above conditions.
• Refunds depending on how payment will be: 1. By crediting the credit card with which the transaction was effected. 2. By crediting the customer's PayPal account.
• In case of a refund due to return/cancelation policy all freight costs will be removed.
SECURITY PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
• All credit card payments are made through the secure site (Visa verified and Master card secure code) of Alpha Bank which guarantees 100% secure transactions. During the last step of your order confirmation you will be redirected to the secure site of the Alpha Bank Greece where your payment will be completed. Your credit card details are NOT logged by our system as the transaction is made automatically through the Alpha Bank secure server to our bank account.
• All data entered at the time of the order by the buyer must be identical with the credit card holder.
• All personal data logged during order remain strictly confidential and not passed on to any third party.
